The Muslim Brotherhood is the dominant socio-political force in every Arab and Islamic nation on earth.

Morsi is widely respected, and not just in Egypt.

If they kill him then the Brotherhood will replace him with someone even more powerful at the helm, and with the backing of the Muslim Brotherhood's global tentacles.

Killing Morsi would totally defeat the purpose. It'd be like killing one lion and expecting all other lions to suddenly die with it.
