Top prize each week is 50 million. 100 million play each week buying an average of 2 tickets each at 2.00. 400,000,000 in debt reduction minus one lucky bastard with 50 million means 350,000,000 in debt reduction WEEKLY. Problem solved. Can be implemented in a month using existing state lottery computers. |

It will NEVER be implemented because: (1) It makes too much sense; and (2) The politicians are getting too much political mileage out of our current situation. That's why it was created in the first place. |
