Greying is due to our nutritional lack received from the SAD diet (the standard American diet), as it lacks in micro-nutrients and good enzymatic action (life) . Most American's biggest deficiency is trace minerals, which is to blame for most cases of heart disease (not high cholesterol, which our body's need), and cancer (which is caused by a lack of oxygen, not an abundance of oxygen).
Did you know there is only one documented professional athlete that lived to be one hundred years old. This guy died on his one hundredth birthday, interestingly enough. Obviously, athlete's sweat profusely when they perform, but they never replenish their trace minerals. These minerals must be replenished, as the body has no way of manufacturing these minerals. Walter Payton, the famous Chicago Bear running back's death is one of the most tragic cases of pro-athlete mineral deficiency, as all he needed was selenium, and he'd probably would be alive today. If we knew how many heart attacks could've been prevented by this simple cause. US soil is so depleted and over-farmed, that we cannot rely on whole foods to replenish our minerals. So, we must take trace minerals in order to do this, and there are some good trace mineral out there. Himalayan sea salt contains up to 80 trace minerals. Oh, and uh...don't allow a doctor to talk you into a low sodium diet, as the body cannot live without sodium. You can never get too much 'whole salt', and if your doctor doesn't know what whole salt is, run. Whole salt is unrefined salt, like sea salt...the aforementioned Himalayan is one. Obviously a good unrefined, sun dried sea salt is another. Celtic Sea Salt is one of the best. More people die from lack of salt, than too much salt. If farmers removed the salt licks from their animals they would die, and how does a cow know how much salt to lick? If one wants to retard their premature greying, I suggest black strap molasses, the byproduct of sugar refinement, and a chromium powerhouse along with being a natural multivitamin. Bee pollen is another natural multivitamin that can be used to infuse the body with good micro-nutrients.
However, the most important supplement are the trace minerals ( [link to www.traceminerals.com] that I mentioned.
Americans lose their teeth, but people in 3rd world countries that have little or no access to the western diet, or dentist, rarely lose their teeth. We brush, floss, gargle and attend more checkups than anyone, but we have more dental problems than anyone, and are still having dental problems. They've been poisoning us with mercury (if you have mercury fillings, have them removed by a qualified biological doctor, ASAP), and they've put poisonous fluoride in our toothpaste and water supply (try to divorce from this poison as much as possible, ASAP). What they won't tell you, is that all of your dental problems stem from bad diet, not topical threats. They won't tell you that root canals are rarely ever necessary, and are downright dangerous to your overall health. They won't even confirm, nor deny that mercury is absolutely dangerous to you.
Heck, the pharmaceutical companies don't want you to know that good nutrition trumps everything from vaccinations to their medication. Good nutrition trumps disease and every illness. They want you to believe that good health can only be achieved through medical care and medication.

They won't tell you that Louis Pasteur admitted that he was wrong, on his deathbed. He stated that 'the microbe is nothing, the terrain (your body's PH balance) is everything'.

Disease, is earned, not acquired....
