Let's work, what does "Religion" mean for you?
One of humanity's problems is that words get corrupt over time.
Quoting: 1908247 To me it means following a set of dogmatic rules. To me religion, especially christian related religions have been corrupted in some form. They are also hypocritical. However Jesus teaching speak to me. They are simple and easy to understand and are just really common sense teachings. I follow no religion but Jesus speaks to me. And besides I don't believe Jesus actually created Christianity. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28228780 There. If it is something you don't agree with, there's no reason for calling it a religion. I often think like that aswell, and I never said I followed a religion altough I do have my spiritual side and I study a lot. The other day I was speaking to a woman and she gave me another view on the word "Religion" It's "Religião" in portuguese. "Religar" is a verb that means reconnect. Therefore "Religião" is something that reconnects you to the Lord, or to whatever you believe or call it. (: Words are not static you know, and words nowadays are corrupt. To change them and purify them is to do the work we are meant to do, simply in a different layer, purifying also our language. From darkness to light (:
