In boot camp they taught me to make pure nicotine by boiling down 2 cans of chewing tobacco. A couple drops in a drink and instant cardiac arrest.

lots of things can kill you. chugging a gallon of water can kill you. carving open peach pits and eating the goo inside can kill you. eating apple seeds can kill you. over dosing on oxygen can kill you. stepping in front of a buick can kill you. just because it can doesnt mean it will 100%% of the time though. french trappers used to eat tobacco to stave off hunger if their food ran out and no game was available.

I put dozens of tobacco plants in on my fences for my goats and cows. They ignored them for a few days, then they started taking little nibbles off of them. Finally would gobble up every plant I brought.

Then when I ran out, they got horribly cranky. But at least I figured they were naturally dewormed.
