I think Israel should send one of their operatives into Gaza and fire a few rockets into Israel. That way Israel can blame the fakestinians for breaking the cease fire and retaliate with overwhelming military force, and prevent the fakestinian delegation from traveling to the UN.  "Defend" from what? It's not like they are going to approve military action against Israel. Quite the opposite, actually.
