Sounds like your company has done pretty well. I wouldn't feel so bad about outsourcing. Everyone has done it and it inevitably came back to bite us in the ass. Think how much more you would have had to sell the parts for and you would have just been beaten by some other company selling the same part who actually went to China for the parts a lot cheaper.

However I do see from the second or third picture that the dot left so perhaps you are right and this video is debunked.

I am not going to keep suggesting it is a true video. At the same time, you cannot say what you did fully explains it. The card as previously mentioned is somewhat transparent which can be seen when he flips the card at the end.

well, keep discussing about the "nibiru flares" given by the anti aliasing filter right in front of most consumer cameras bayer sensors...

go search for yourself. there is no coating in the world that is going to stop backlight from the sensor to the filter and then back to the sensor in the form of "nibiru", at least when the filter is almost glued to the surface of consumer cameras (some pro cameras and dslrs overcome this by lacking aa filter or having it "melted" into the sensor grid making it "one surface") and i haven't checked new tech lately, this is old stuff..
