Actuallty a lot of progress was made
I know this because I am informed by my government and president
They all agreed with the budget for agriculture and they agreed that no one shall receive more than 110% of what they have now in real terms(inflation+)
And the summit lasts for 3 days from thursday to saturday
and only 2 days for negociations
they were scheduled to sign the new treaty on saturday
so that is gone
but this is normal as all negociations in previous occasions,every 7 years were concluded only at the second summit
