Women rule men from when they are born in most case. Unless they grow up motherless but even than the most important figures that will surround the child are usually females (teachers, granmas, nurses, nannies).

The last statement really bothers me. Before the Feminist movement, just to use that as a starting point, women stayed at home taking care of the house and the children and there was little divorce. Now, both parents work, or with more single parent households, the female has entered the workforce.

So before, men could go out and do whatever they please then come home to a vituous women bringing home whatever disease they aquired (though, I am sure, he tried to blame it on the wife). But now that relationships are more open and most couples have sex before marriage or have sex with others before the relationship, STD's are one the rise. No big surprise. Now more women do what men have always done. So you want to blame the rise in STD's on a society that is dominated by women. I seriously doubt our society is dominated by women is it only that women now have more of a voice. Men want a "virtuous" wife, who isn't allow to enjoy sex, or know other men thus perhaps learning a man's short comings? Then when they are not open about sex, men turn to other, more enlightened women to enjoy a satisfying relationship.
