Most who think they believe in jesus do not.

The wrath remains on those who break the new covenant. They are like the man of sin, lawless.

1 Timothy 6:3-5 - If anyone teaches otherwise and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, they are conceited and understand nothing. Luke 8:4-15

While a large crowd was gathering and people were coming to Jesus from town after town, he told this parable: “A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path; it was trampled on, and the birds ate it up. Some fell on rocky ground, and when it came up, the plants withered because they had no moisture. Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up with it and choked the plants. Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up and yielded a crop, a hundred times more than was sown.”

“This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God. Those along the path are the ones who hear, and then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved. Those on the rocky ground are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away. The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life’s worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature. But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

Acts 2:43-47 - Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.


Acts 4:32-35 - All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God's grace was so powerfully at work in them all that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.

What's with the disney tubes, and what's with you not using the KJV?

Hmm, lets call them parables one can see with their own eyes.
As for the king james versions.
I don't think it really matters. If god has the power to protect me he has the power to protect the word.

Just stay away from the NKJV or the NIV as they distort versus in very satanic ways, I can provide proof if you would like verification. God Bless.

Edit: can't say for sure about the other versions. But you can never go wrong with 1611 KJV, the living, breathing, word of God.

No. Jesus is God. I'm trying to say do not trust the NKJV or the NIV, and I would be very careful with other translations as well.

Been to that website in the past. It is filled with darkness. The type that is among the church pretending to be a part of the church yet they do not believe in the way, the truth, and the life.

Hmm, my bible says what you posted while bible gateway says another but I don't see what the problem is? Something being communicated differently?

Okay well that may or may not be the case.. in either case, comparing the different translations, including the one you just posted, paint quite a different picture than the KJV. The moral of the story, is i wouldn't recommend any translation other than the 1611 KJV, but follow the holy spirit not the word of man. God Bless.

The NIV basically says Jesus is not God, when the KJV clearly says that he is God.

If jesus is the head but god is above him...how are they equal? Isn't jesus a "lesser" form of the most high?

Don't worry :) I have several translations.

No Jesus is the son of God, I.e. the virgin birth (mary was a virgin, the father was God) which makes Jesus God in the flesh.

" For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6 (KJV)

There are other scriptures that refer to Jesus as God as well.

Mighty God does not mean the God Almighty, though. Being called mighty does not make anybody the Almighty. Got it?

Thank you but the kjv could be wrong as well. As for being equal and not equal I guess I can compare translations. Perhaps the most popular data wins?

Don't worry, it seems the Holy Spirit is strong in convicting you if your able to understand that we must not be the servant of sin, and must not live by the lusts of the flesh/eyes, just pray and God will guide you. The most important thing is that you call on the name of Jesus.

When I say "lesser" form of the most high I meant flesh. A form that is tempted by the devil. A form that we can see its face and not die. A less form of the invisible god.
