The white lady should be charged for tampering with evidence(if this gets to a lawsuit, since she tries to throw the ladies luggage off the train to HELP the racist criminal) and inciting violence(telling the singing lady to be quiet while it is NONE of her business, plus NOBODY else seemed to mind that she was expressing her religious beliefs) AND hate crime towards the singing lady(telling her she should be quiet).

The white racist should be charged with assault(on the dude) and attempted assault(on the lady) as well as a hate crime towards the lady that was singing her religious tune(threatening her).
