Although interestngly, she had no pain or post delivery bleeding/hermoragh. My non-medical understanding is that the pregnancy hormone can induce fibriod growth, together with increased blood flow. But in general fibriods seem to be a mystery to medical science, and are treated as simply standard, as a large propotion of women are subject to them. |

I read they are caused by a deficiency of Vitamin E, don't know if the E helped but I took more than I was taking before. Iodine is key I think. Get Lugol's solution by J.Crow from Swanson Vitamins online. Progesterone cream, Source Naturals is the brand I use. I did all of the above plus a bunch of other stuff and they shrank. who knows though maybe they would have shrunk as I progressed through menopause, don't know. They were really bad and causing me a lot of problems, but I never went to the doctor. |
