Does Sun Gazing Cause Itching?
Please hold the "take a shower" snipes or "it must be Aids or drug abuse". Those aren't candidates.

I don't know what else might be going on except that over the past couple of weeks, I have been having episodes of severe itching from head to toe, comes in waves of 10-15 minutes at a time, and can't figure out what else it might be. Only other explanation I can think of is perhaps a change in the weather, getting colder, but I don't recall in years past that the itching was so severe, and from every inch of my body, ears, ankles, front of legs, backs, torso, everywhere.

I began doing some experimenting with sun gazing a couple of weeks ago so I thought that may be triggering something, or perhaps my body is getting ready for the jump, or ?? The only thing I know so far is that I have had some pretty crazy and intense dreams following the days where I dedicate more time to getting in front of the sun at dawn and dusk.

Anybody having similar itching experience?
