It's a "pay'n'talk" (prepaid) plan. I just loaded it a few days ago and I still should have about $10 on it. I've had the service for about 4 years, and I've never had this problem before. Usually I can at least access my own account to see what my usage balance is, but I can't even do that.

And what's with the search engine stuff??? My internet service is with Bell, not Telus.

Anyone else try googling those "call failed please try again" under the "Past Hour" time frame search option?

Would be nice if someone did that and let me know if the "Email check" thing comes up on every entry.
