I focus hard on what I need to focus on, what I see in front of me shakes very hard left to right and then I get a sort of bluish glow on hands and upper arms. It feals like a oil or latex something on the skin.

Second time I've been able to create visible anima/source.

Interesting times we live in.

So I tried doing something a little external this morning and get the light on my lamp stand to turn on. I created a visible glow in the place of the lightbulb right. Well, then when I turned my head the glow moved. Realized I created a glow in place and wasn't able to get the light to turn on. Was pretty angry. =[
