Apparently not so much. This reminds me of the tracking devices recently put on school kids in San Antonio, TX, supposedly to 'protect' them but also to prevent truancy. Some of the students have been revolting and refusing to wear them. The anti-school tracking policy movement is spreading via Twitter and other social media, which I noticed in the article you linked about Saudis Twittering their disagreement.
