Browns Gas
(sometimes called HHO or 2HO or Hydroxy)

A process which develops a "gas" from ordinary water invented by Yull Brown (originally a Bulgarian citizen who escaped to Turkay during communism time and later moved to Australia) and now deceased. The water is converted into a completely safe compressed stochimetric hydrogen and oxygen mixture. The flame of this gas under the right lighting conditions, normally almost transparently colorless, can be seen to possess a small blue cone, as it emits from a torch, with a longer, pale red-blue extension. Within its overall sheath are several distinct regions called "mantles". The most unusual property of the flame is that it is not formed as a set of explosions, as are ordinary flames, but as a set of implosions. Consequently, all classical theory about combustion products, highest temperature regions, and other specifics are up for revision.

What the nuck power stations should be doing then is when they have a spent fuel rod, the rod should be inserted into a browns gas chamber and processed to make it safe. This would be very cheap and much safer than submerging spent fuel inside a constantly monitored and water pumped cooling pool for 10 years.

It boils down to the initial cost, there is also a lot of money made by those who store radioactive waste. If this does work as it appears to the. Governments not employing this method are criminal imho.

So they are saying if we separate H2O into in Hydrogen and Oxygen and then pump that "Browns Gas" into the radioactive site....it neutralizes radiation.

brown's gas has some very interesting effects when burned. as the video showed it decreases radioactivity. it can also melt some metals at heats it shouldn't be able to, and it can also weld nonstandard mixed materials such as metal to wood. yeah, it can weld metal to wood.

Not that cancer cant be cured. Cancer could be cured with pH balance and simple methods to maintain the pH alkaline like Sodium Bicarbonate ( Baking Soda ) as has been researched by the Italian onocologist Dr. Simoncini. But thats another story.

Chemical reactions aren't going to do anything to change the radioactivity of waste. Chemistry is all about the electrons, it doesn't touch the nucleus at all.

Big difference between absorbing radioactivity and the heat it produces.
Hydrogen burns EXTREMELY HOT ...especially with an oxidizer....so that is no revelation.

It's called transmutation as described in the video. The reaction is a plasma reaction and has noting to do with chemical (covalant) bonds as you are trying to imply.

Assemblyman from New York Dan Haley describes effects of Browns Gas neutralizing radiation of a small sample of radioactive material. It was likely an isotope of Cobalt.
