The birth date of Jesus is not in scripture.

So why are people celebrating Dec. 25th as his birthday?

I am involved with two local organizations to provide for those who don't have enough, since I have more than enough.

For those without a lot of extra cash on hand, consider giving of yourselves -- your time and talent -- to benefit those without enough.

I donated 25% of my paycheck today to poor people instead of doing 'black friday' shopping.

SCREW Retailers.

Everyone I know is getting a bible for Christmas. That's their only present.

If they don't like it, who cares.

Dec. 25th has always been a lie anyway. A holiday put in place by ROME to worship their 'sun god', NOT Jesus.

Any meaning of Jesus it may have had has been dead for years anyway, slain by idiot retailers trying to cash in on some stupid people that have no idea what the holiday is 'supposed' to represent anyway.

I donate locally only.

I don't do Black Friday either..never have, never will.

It's pure hell from what I've heard. I don't need to save money so badly that I would do that to myself.
And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.

I am an evil giraffe, and I shall eat more leaves from this tree than perhaps I should, so that other giraffes may die.

The sun.

Christianity is just another sun-based religion. The days get shorter until around 12/25 when they start to get longer after the solstice. For a few days it appears the sun may have stopped or died, then it is reborn or rises from the dead when the days get longer again.

While I don't think this will happen, if it does then those with more than enough will be needed even more to help out those with less than enough.

I give as I am inspired to give . I don't buy into the bs whatsoever. If we could get OFF money, this world could move forward in all ways and there would no one in need of coins, paper money, or digital credits to get the work done.
The actual Lord's Prayer Given by Jesus 2000 years ago.

"MY SPIRIT, YOU ARE OMNIPOTENT. YOUR NAME IS HOLY. MAY YOUR REALM BE INCARNATE IN ME. MAY YOUR POWER REVEAL ITSELF WITHIN ME, ON EARTH AND IN THE HEAVEN. GIVE ME TODAY MY DAILY BREAD, AND THUS, LET ME RECOGNIZE MY TRANSGRESSIONS AND ERRORS, AND I SHALL RECOGNIZE THE TRUTH. AND DO NOT LEAD ME INTO TEMPTATION AND CONFUSION, BUT DELIVER ME FROM ERROR. FOR YOURS IS THE REALM WITHIN ME AND THE POWER AND THE KNOWLEDGE FOREVER,
AMEN.
