He retired this year but keeps in touch with all of his still active duty friends. I was telling him about the company I work for and a new policy they put into place pertaining to raises/bonuses. The new policy basically states that only the really deserving will receive either from now on and they have already picked those people.. Those people will be informed of their raises/bonuses before Christmas. he said "Don't worry, the wars coming sooner than you think....and it's gonna be a bloody one." |

Another waiting customer was commenting out loud on the long lines and wondered if this was a black friday sale. The clerk overhead and said no way. The customer behind me asked if this was related to the re-election and the possibility of gun rights being stripped away. Apparently in the last 2 weeks many ex-military and LE personnel have been coming into the store and buying assault rifles, tons of ammo, etc. Many of them have heard through their active duty contacts that the SHTF in the next 30 days or so and that they should be extra prepared. Just relaying what I overhead today... Dude, my uncle just called and said the same thing. |
