Faber has been calling doom since I first hear his name eight years ago! It's gold bug hysteria.

Faber has been preaching doom for decades. He's as bad as the losers who are predicting DOW 36000

Faber was hot on real estate during the great Hong Kong real estate boom and got out before the bust. He made hundreds of percent (and so did his readers who had the money to invest there).

The hard part of investing is not falling in love with any one vehicle. Sometimes real estate is good, sometimes commodities, bonds, stocks, farmland or metals. It's not for everyone, and most people won't ever understand it.
