lemon juice: pH 2, very acidic baking soda: pH 9, alkaline bleach: pH 13, very alkaline [ link to en.wikipedia.org] What would be more healthy to drink, ACIDIC lemon juice or ALKALINE bleach??? u are ignorant. lemon juice become akali once metabolised. Actually, there is some dispute over whether fruits are acidic and alkaline. Fruits are high sugar content and when the sugar in fruit ferments, it produces acidity in the body and so it’s a acidic food?? There is definitely confusion over fruits. Anyone know for sure if fruits are acid or alkaline?
