This is true my daughter has two autistic children and she went on the gaps diet. Actually the whole family did and the children are reversing their autism. It has been a good five years now and they go to public school and if you were to give them just a simple piece of bread they would be in pain and act out. It's not a complete fix because they had to have some assistants with social skills. No dairy, nuts, glutton, those having the worst effects on the children.
