It would. It really would. Most homeless persons are men. Reason? A man or another woman will give a woman shelter while no one will give a man shelter. Men make up most suicides too. Men can only be a provider, a prison inmate, or a bum. Women have so many more choices.

Use to be that way.Before all these modern appliances and all the technology came along the woman needed to be home all day just to get stuff done.
Back then it was a lot of work and required full time devoted to it.Mom stayed home,did the chores,cooked,took care of the children,and dad earned the living.We didnt know how good we had it really.
Now all the modern technology to save time and most has ne 5 minutes for them self or their kids

I am all for a return to family values, but this idea is flawed for the simple reason most people don't get married until later in life. The average age when women get married in the US today is 26, where it was only 20 fifty years ago. So in the 50's and 60's women graduated high school, maybe did a year or two of college, got married and raised a family while the husband worked to bring home the bacon. What do you suggest that women do until they are 26? What about when they get divorced (because most marriages end in divorce)?

So for this idea to work, the entire value system of this country needs to be reprogrammed and that would be a difficult task. I am a 37 year old woman, divorced with no children and must work to support myself or I would be homeless and hungry (or on welfare if I could swallow my pride). My husband and I had no children due to medical reasons and then the marriage fell apart because he no longer tried to make it work.

In your scenario men would have to support women financially, work long hours if need be, and put wife and family above all else. I know there are some men like this but the majority of the men I've met hate this concept and a woman who wants to get married, stay home and raise children is called a "gold digger." This requires a complete overhaul of our way of thinking.

Very true.Hardly anyone ended up in a nursing home unless they had no relatives.Old people were looked up to and respected and cared for in their old age,not tossed aside.

I agree. I think women in the workplace are a nuances and they should be at home. They are so volatile, messy, and their bitchiness always brings a cloud over the office. I can't stand to see women compete with men. I can't stand how they just assume their always to get on the elevator first. I can't stand their privilege mentality. When I see them dressed all sexy and shit, I know exactly what they're doing and it's not fucking fair.

Women are not needed anymore in work life, because we have lack of jobs. And having a job is more important for male than female, because unemployed female always finds someone to give her money in exchange of sex, or get generous government support because her children, but unemployed male is in real trouble. It is why we should save those few job opportunities to men.

Also, if we got white women off careers to stay at home mothers, we would have more white children and our race would stay alive.

In Finland the worst are these "career women" who have trendy business clothes, irritating tone of voice and high heels. They have this "entitlement" attitude, and they treat badly their male co-workers. They get better job opportunities when they give sex to their bosses, and they also have quota for women, and if they feel so, they could go home with their children and their husband earning them money, and if they divorce they get 50 % of wealth and monthly maintenance from their ex-husband, so they cannot lose in any case.

As a woman and a mother I would have loved to have been able to stay at home with the kids...but my then Husband was a lazy man and refused to work, so I had to. At least one parent stayed at home to rear our kids.
