I'm really sad

Well we here at the GLP love you Aunty Flow. You break up the PMS timely.

You're right, it has been a shitty year for many people.

But, tomorrow is a new day, and hopefully you'll feel better tomorrow.

Get out and do something nice for yourself or someone else. That usually helps me when i'm feeling down.

If you're that tired, maybe you could be part of the Zombie Apocalypse?

I'm not sure I can say it's been a shitty year. To me this year has been a ball buster. I am better now then when I started it, but I've had to undergo such drama. It really was a pain in the ass. And the recovery still accumlates, and I'm still working hard to regain my soul child.

Hang in there, the holidays are tough for a lot of us. This is the worst time of year for me too, between work, the stress related to the holidays, the lack of sunlight, short days and cold weather. Its easy to become depressed. Just know that 2013 will be here before we know it and we'll have a fresh start.

I remember your commenting on your thread but I know exactly how you feel.

The sun is shining in my life now... not so much then

its one thing to hear advice from somebody who is all happy and smiles

but hearing advice from someone who feels like jumping off the tallest structure cos they are in so much misery...

sorry to hear your sad, your a real beacon of light! I totally empathise with you, I've also had a couple of crap years and painfully seen great friends have some really dark times, we gotta keep shinning the light.

Its a blessing being able to leave the past behind and move forward to better times...I mean 2013 sounds really lucky right...lmao (probably turn out to be the luckiest cos thats how fugged up it all is eh).

It must be the opportunity to withdraw from all outside sources of identity and support. Looking , looking , looking for relief but there is none ... only a flat internal baseline of hopelessness, dread and suffering ... As if one were Walikng brought a desert with no life anywhere ... What an incredible opportunity to be forced to reach deeper into your own awareness of yourself and find yourself there again ... and only yourself ... no substitutions ... no prescriptions ... no get better routines ... no god ... just you. Wow! What a priveledge and unique experience for someone who has everything. Do not use your choice to revolt against this dear one, for this is your request, face it straight on as if facing death itself and let the dross be purged off of you. Endure and grow.

Sounds good but I'm on a suspended license. Coming off the Anzac bridge I overtook another car and was caught doing 90 in a 60 zone.
