Either giants buyers do it or governments do it or worldwide people do it. Somebody has to break the illegal "seller's cartel" I am saying that illegal seller's cartel do not deposit 100% money with COMEX or London Metal exchange or commodities broker, to sell 200 million ounces silver in one day. They must be selling 200 million ounces silver on loans or "we will pay you after sometime" attitude.
