I don't let a lot of things upset me, but this is definitely one of the ones that does... I really don't understand how this can be legally enforced (Well, I can, "at will employment" laws, etc.... but still). Are those who refused at least eligible for unemployment? Guessing not. I wonder if exemptions were/are accepted. If not, I would love to see this company get sued into bankruptcy. Insidiously sick business.. Quoting: Ms.Magoo Each and every one of these employees that gets fired can be sued in small claims court for wrongful termination on the grounds of being forced to under go unproven medical treatment without consent.. Sue for $5,000.. That's the maximum.. The hospital will be forced to show up in court or lose the case.. It costs big bucks to send an attorney into small claims court..They won't want to do that.. Then you can start collection proceedings.. believe me.. this is doable.. They may also be required to reinstate your employment.. Make a stand in court.. forget getting an attorney..they are all connected and quite useless.... Corrected...
