I have never actually experienced my astral self moving back inside my body from the astral point of view, no. I normally see something which scares me at which point i become conscious again. However, I have had experiences where, when theoretically out of my body, I feel fear BECAUSE I become aware that I am not connected to my physical body and at that instant I am awake.

Basically I feel like I am having very brief, elementary OBEs / astral projection experiences. I have little control over what is happening or when it happens. If not for the witnessing of real events in real time, I would probably think these were indeed just hallucinations or vivd, strange dreams. I want to know more about what is happening and how to become "good" at doing it. I have read about people being able to travel anywhere in the universe in their astral bodies, and of course this experience is related to remote viewing as well. I find this stuff to be fascinating. I am more fascinated and excited about that prospect then i am afraid of the negative things I see.
