When I discovered the GLP site was down, I (fill in the blank).

I said to myself... "Omigod, really?"

....checked the chamber.........pot.

As I said, I thought I'd have a more productive day.
I started to plan out my activities:

Do some laundry

Clean out the bathroom

Go through my fabric stash

Skip out to the grocery store before I petsit my son and his fiance's Corgi

Vacuum clean

Do the dishes.

Now that GLP is back up, the only thing I did on that list was laundry--one load.

Been sitting here lurking and loving all the comments I'm reading!

I ate leftover Thanksgiving dinner and watched last week's episode of Dexter.

I went to another source for news and doom?

I wonder how many did that and won't admit to it.

People actually use this site for news and not just cheap laughs at the latest doom prophecy related to a major event?

i panic. freak out. go nuts. look through other boring sites with nothing interesting. all this without meds or drugs to cure my ills. then i realized that i'm jacked up because of my addiction to this site. but let's face it, there will always be something funny, stupid or some tidbit to keep me entertained, informed or teaches me a much needed lesson. i still don't know why i'm on this predominantly white male website - i'm female and hispanic, but whatever. just grateful for the insights and the quick news and the wonderful stuff this site has to offer.

It is for me,didn't know where the hell else to go.

checked 3 times three different ways. Could it be? What is happening to make the internet not work something is broke or SHTF and no one is talking about it in the news. GLP knows but maybe the boys in black gave it a wack to keep it hush hush.
So went back to bed after feeding the fish.

Personally, watching the traffic from Virginia and West Virginia I thought the triple letter agency starting with a C would be all over it.

Look at some DNS servers and you see how crazy they get with monitoring browser settings and website tracking.

The guy who supplies my internet connection let the hamster have a break from the wheel at about the same time so I didn't realize GLP was down; I thought TSHTF.

It had me going for a minute. This site makes me think some CRAZY Shit. I looked back at some of the weird shit that happened in the past week (lifting all bans, Trinity coming in and out of incognito making some serious predictions, not giving a fuck about his Rep. I thought that took allot of balls in a good way) and thought they may have sold us out. But then I figured Trinity would have gave us a heads up on that. Then I guessed Hacked, Doom is on and this is GLP's way of telling us the S is going THTF. Never once did I think it was a simple technical problem.

I knew that it had finally happened.

Iran had purchased basic atomic weapon design specs and know-how from the North Korean regime. Working together in Natanz, they had built a 10 kiloton enriched Uranium fission warhead and mounted it on a Shahahb 3 missile.

I watched my tomato plants die. No one was around to tell me when I could put them outside again.

I will it admit it's the best for current/breaking news but for some reason my IP range is a favorite for the mass hammer so I gotta go else where for a few weeks every few months lol.
