In 2007 during the Bush reign.. defense was the second largest item in the federal budget. I'm not here to promote a "tax and spend" economy. But don't blame the foreign debt on Obama.

That $6.2 trillion is more debt than was accumulated by all U.S. presidents from George Washington through Bill Clinton combined.
