Yes, I agree. I always thought this song should have been used at the end of the movie "Knowing" as the ships ascent away from earth and go to that new planet.

Great musician, but a loud mouth canook ass hole. He can't mind his own business because he is too busy trying to piss off people in America. If he doesn't like America, maybe he should stay home.

my all time favorite song by Neil!

I was always under the impression that Neil himself did not fully understand the importance of the lyrics to this song.
I think he "channeled" a lot of his ideas out of the "ether", even he admits this if you listen close. He is still human and like most of us wandering in the wilderness has moments of "divine inspiration".
