Last one I got I said never again. It made a hot, hard circle bigger than my hand around the injection site and hurt like heck for a very long time! But they said I had to have it because I had an injury involving a horse and horses carry tetnus.
Quoting: Bluebird I had the same experience. I was roofing my house and stepped on a roofing nail. I went through my shoe and way into my foot. Ouch, but the tetanus shot was far worse. I will not get another tetanus shot again. The only positive thing was my nurse was smoking hot!!! LOL.
