Hashimoto's Thyroid group on FB....

For those who suffer from Hashimoto's (like me) there is a group on Facebook that is very informative. Here is the link:

One thing that I hope will help me is going Gluten free as wheat gluten molecules appear similar to thyroid molecules thus making the disease worse.

For those that don't know, Hashimoto's is an auto immune disease that attacks the thyroid causing either hypo or hyper thyroidism.

I have the hypo problem :(
