Obamacare -- A Physician’s New Reality: Patients Ask Me to Break the Law
Obama won, Obamacare is the law, and, as my wife says, I will just have to learn to dance to a new song.

Now, don’t get me wrong, Obamacare is awful. Forget all the “free stuff” it provides. Children covered on their parents’ plan until 26 years of age? A scam, making young adults — excuse me, children — pay for complete, comprehensive health insurance when all they need and should pay for is major catastrophe insurance. Then there is the “annual ” or “preventative” exam, which according to Obamacare is “free.”

You gotta love this stuff. I wish I had the chutzpah of the people who wrote Obamacare. What they did not tell you, and I am, is that it covers absolutely nothing more than the bare minimum.

If you are here for that annual exam, you will not be covered if you want to discuss any new ailment or unstable condition. I cannot bait and switch to another code — that’s illegal. We, the physicians, are audited all the time and can lose our license for insurance fraud.

You may just want to have a pap smear or check your cholesterol. However, I am now mandated by the government to talk to you about your weight, exercise, family life, smoking, sexual abuse(!), and even to ask if you wear seat belts. And I am mandated to record your answers.

the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. Acts 20:24

Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him;
and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of him. So shall it be! Amen.

Wow that is so messed up, with thousands of pages I'm sure we will find out all sorts of ridiculous reguations are in it. Talk about chutzpah, how about fining people for not having insurance, because they can't afford it, so they are going to fine/tax them, wow that's really helping them. That is so messed up, but I guess the gov/irs has to make money somehow.

Well, you are telling the wrong person to fuck off. It's not the doctor who even wants to be doing this.

But not to worry. It won't be long before there will be such a shortage of doctors you will only be seeing a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant or other "healthcare provider" as they are now called.

This ^^

Having 4 physicians in the family, this year's Thanksgiving table discussion was mostly about Obamacare. To give a synopsis: 2 are going to a private-insurance/Cash only practice (no medicare or medicaid or any government health plan at all), 1 is going to close his practice and do part-time research for Scripps (he's 58 years old), and 1 will close his practice and just retire (he's 60 years old).

They said more than 35% their colleagues are looking to do the same.

It's gonna get a lot uglier folks...

and if they indicate you are overweight does that prevent you from accessing care? i.e., like you will be punished? Not that overweight is a good thing, but when the food supply is so effed up that it has no real nutrition, they get you coming and going. This is why it is important to 'ascend' to a self-healing, reverse aging silicon based human (as opposed to the current dense 3d carbon based version). The sun and central sun will activate your dormant dna to get you there if you intend for it, and do it with the grace of God.

Just another great reason to never darken the Door of a Dr.

And nothing against Dr.'s, I feel really bad for them.

Unless (heaven forbid) I have a broken bone or something like that I'm staying away from the Dr.'s--self care for me.

And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.

As a nurse looking to go into advanced training to become a primary care giver, ARNP, I want to branch out and away from this law. I figure I will do private care and house calls and charge cash, bypassing this crap. With advanced diagnostic machinery that do blood work and imaging you can pack it all in a little travel case nowadays. I propose moving forward by going back to the values that made small town docs great years ago, providing personal care and front door service. This is my dream, time will tell.

Re: Obamacare -- A Physician’s New Reality: Patients Ask Me to Break the Law
simple answer.

lie and present violence as an alternative if your will is not done. if they try to mandate something tell them you WILL hurt them if they do it, then go home, gather your shit fast get a gun and ammo and leave for the woods.

any federal agent who would come after you, any police officer, any military agent is a son of satan and you can do whatever you want to hurt/kill them as long as you survive.

if it gets bad, there will be civil war and you will be a hero

god loves a good liar, and hates a bad one. in a system where the ends justify the means, your moral system must change and fight the dragon tooth and nail.

I always did this with psychologists and ALWAYS WILL.

if they do something I dont want, I will threaten them with death, and if they proceed I will slaughter them in the office. I have no cares for the unjust laws or anyone who would follow unjust law. I only follow just ones, and I believe MY opinion on this has been instructed by the divine. NOBODY will convince me otherwise. even if god came down himself I would debate him because what proof would there be that he is ACTUALLY god and not just an illusion?

in the case things go to far there is only one way to stop me and that is to extinguish the flame of life I was gifted. I reccomend you all get ready for the same fate. The aspect of the state being involved in healthcare is HORRIFIC. it alone IS justification to kill our leaders whether you realize this or not.

BY FORCING PEOPLE TO SAY THINGS AND DIAGNOSE YOU THEY FORCE YOU INTO PARADIGMS YOU CANNOT ESCAPE. THIS WILL BRING THE REALITY OF THE SCHIZOPHRENICS INTO YOUR LIFE TOO!!! STRONG LOVING HELPABLE PEOPLE WILL BE DAMNED.

SO REMEMBER - LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE. this makes your doctor a state computer bent on terminating you, so you have to fill out the questionaire just right.

tell them what you want. practice the lie - act it out. make yourself feel the real emotions when saying the words and say it like a sociopath to them. substantiate as much as you can, and go into logical loops whenever you cant explain away.

give them the positive answers they want in a healthy person. then wait, get together outside the law and band together.

this means you physicians have to risk your licenses and practice illegal outside of the office if you want to help. under threat of death and torture for selling out to the state - I think the punishment of giving up a civilian to a demonic government should be live cannibalism while raw. the horror would be strong enough to fight the laws command.

but LIE PEOPLE!!!!.

they cannot control our souls, they can mark our answers, stand against us in the street, kill us, maim us, make our beliefs illegal, regular our lives even. but they cant control us.

you can lie to them. just as god didnt know where adam was in the garden, big brother wont know your sad if you smile real big and lie to them about everything.

its bad if you follow the lie into blissful oblivion, but its good if you lie to them and then wait until your day comes.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19747182

This is exceptionally controversial and interesting.

You should break this up into smaller bits and make a thread out if it. It has a lot of value.
