I don't want to get married because I haven't witnessed one marriage that has worked. And my parents have been married for 42 and a half years.

my personal feelings on relationships is that I haven't met somebody who doesn't want to change me into what they think a man should be. Problem is this, where they are getting this image of a man from? In my experience it has been from women who don't have men or can't keep one, media, books and such. I'm a guy, at least I know PORN isn't real. Why am I expected to be a living romance novel? Why the double standard?
