I grew up in a family where I open doors for women and will stand up on a buss to allow a woman to sit down . Both my mom and father instilled these values in me. I'm 27 now and will still open doors for women and do all the little courtesies. Middle aged or older women never get mad at this. Some won't say thank you but whatever. I've actually been yelled at by a few younger women though (<30). One asked me if she looked like she needed a man to open a door for her. These little courtesies were important because they were a sign of respect. It was a sign that the man wasn't threatening and a sign that he wouldn't use his physical power to his advantage. Men have been told by women not to respect them.

The biggest problem though is the emasculation of women and feminizing of men. Women want to be men and they want their men to be like women. Guess what women? You aren't men and you never will be. The who genders are different. We have different instincts and different chemicals running through our body. You will never be men and we will never be women.

There is one very important thing that feminists don't understand they are doing. Men want to protect and provide for their families whether they know it or not. We are programed to do this. What do the women want these days? They don't want anyone to provide or protect them. They need to be "independent". If you ask them why they will start spewing out a bunch of shit about patriarch theory and how men just can't help themselves from wanting to dominate women. If you find a real winner she will bring up rape culture and explain to you that your a rapist like all other good for nothing men.

But back to protect and provide. This is something that men yearn for whether they know it or not. It makes them feel like men. Why? This is what we were meant to do. They are our paternal instincts just like women have maternal instincts. They are different. Most women today need to work. That is just a reality of our economy. If a man feels like he's dependent on his wife though it can really fuck him up. He can feel worthless. Same thing with protection. Most men really don't need to protect anyone, just act like it. Say there is a noise in the middle of the night. It's normally the guy getting out of his bed in -20 degree weather in his underwear to check things out. The problem is that women have been so brainwashed into thinking that men are the enemy and are out to get them and they secretly want to rape them. They don't want men to protect them. They must be "independent" at all costs. How do you think a man feels if he thinks he can't keep his family safe or provide for them? Worthless. It would be the same if men started to say "I'm sorry sweetheart, you're no longer allowed to comfort or care for the children anymore because we just realized women have been the main caretakers throughout history so now it's our turn. Don't like it? You must be a sexist and a rape supporter then!" If we messed with women's maternal instincts we shouldn't be surprised where they is push back.

It shouldn't be any surprise that men don't want to get married to the modern day "independent" woman. After all, marriage isn't about "independence".
