How to get over the addiction of coffee / caffeine ? (Need serious answers plz) - Frustrated !

Suggest you take it easy and either have a blend made for you or make your own decaf/regular blend. Every week add more decaf. In 4 weeks it will be all decaf if you do 25% more decaf each time.

After you're on all decaf it's easy to switch to non-caffeinated drinks. Decaf green tea chai is good, hearty, warming, and will fill the physical need.

Remember, with smoking or hot beverage drinking, much of the addiction is the hand to mouth comfort behavior, and having something that tastes good and is a known comfort food is part of it.

This procedure will work - you can get off caffeine or down to a low enough level that you are comfortable. If you go cold turkey and have to work or go to school the headaches and other discomfort will likely lead to giving up.

swith to green tea or black tea they have better benefits but ofcourse get it in organic its not expensive at all.
