I have low blood pressure and never take aspirin cause I am allergic to it, yet I have ringing in my ears constantly.
I also get electric shocks of stuff too, sometimes there is a cracking sound and blue flashes, happened once when I shook hands with a new staff member at work, scared the crap out of us and the manager who introduced us.
