As nice as the idea we all wake up one day and the world is perfect clean safe and no serious threats all because some dude decrese it so or the aliens that like to probe us through the poo hole make happen

Which at present six sence are we. Neededing most to bring the greatest change as the assumption is more leaps in evolution come on the back off the backof the original improvment to push us to god like stuff in the body on the earth mk 2. After we sorted out our own mess

Great question, some days I consider it, and see no absolute short of a clean sweep.

The answer lies in the brain, perhaps a overwhelming sence of empathy for a generation or two to the point that causing harm to someone/thing else actually brings the person doing it pain.

Clean sweep sort of removes responsibility for the mess we are all quilt of happening by doing or just plain old apathy to the situations

Would hearing the dead or god types be a good start

May be just teleport by mind power to un do the damage to environment via travel

What I mean is just imagine you see some one badly dressed and think. Good heavens I would not wear a frock like that with that top. All will hear. Which is probably not very nice
