A new generation of mannequins equipped with the same technology used to identify criminals at airports are being introduced to retail stores across the country.

Called the EyeSee, the new ordinary-looking mannequins have a camera embedded in one eye that feeds data into facial-recognition software, tracking the age, gender, and race of window shoppers.
