Correct, and I think AB+ is the universal recipient. I may have to look that one up.

Blood type AB has no anti-bodies to plasma in the other blood types.

BFE, you should speak to your doctor about storing your own blood in case of emergency. I did it before my daughter was born, because I knew it would be a major surgery. This also keeps you safe from disease.

O+ blood types are special too OP. They are some of the oldest blood types known and have special dietary needs. We do best on a high protein diet, small amount of fruits and try to stay away from anything processed that you could not hunt, or pick from the wild. We have the blood of our hunter/gatherer ancestors and do well stalking and killing whatever prey you may have to take care of.

Blood type diet is pretty interesting, I find it mostly accurate - the foods on the "to avoid" list for my blood type (O+) have always either made me feel ill, I couldn't digest them, or I just plain hated them and couldn't explain it. Now it all makes a bit more sense. We have different biologies according to blood type, some more than others, hence the problems with transplants and such.
