Out Of Body Experience ever have one? I have!

Has anyone here ever had one before? and can you do it t will?
I have had multiple one's, can't be sure if there real or lucid dreams but the one that felt the most real, seemed like there is no way. But one night I was laying there when I could feel what felt like my insides being pulled out of me and lifting very fast until I ws in space, this scared this shit out of me and I snapped back to my body, woke up shaking..anyone else got any personal experience on it?
