I'm being serious. You can consciously direct the flow of energy in your body. What I had experienced originally started out as a loosely formed spinning/spiraling/vortex type sensation and over time it became more refined/concentrated and eventually led to the intense vibrations originating from the center of my head. The way I like to visualize it is like a tornado of spinning/spiraling energy encompassing me and extending up & outwardly. At one point the sensation/vibration began to flow into my limbs while experiencing this state - felt like electrical surges flowing through my body, made my muscles constrict. It was involuntary when I first experienced it but I found I can replicate the experience with conscious intent.

Right now I am trying to explore directing/sending energy through my hands. I have no clue what I'm doing but I think it's important not to have preconceived notions/intent and just to explore and see where it takes you.
