You didn't expect anything less from her puppet masters did you? How come nobody seems to care about her personaly, that she is being obviously used and exploited for the loss of her son. She doesn't seem intelligent enough to see it yet, pretty sad really.

Cindy is going as far as she can go. They will take her as far as they can. She needs some serious bodyguards because my guess is that she will die of something related to what her mother died of, and not too long from now. I am a mother, and I relate to Cindy. But with her son dying, she is probably ready to sacrifice herself to the same cause and I think, doing the best she can. Someone will have to take the torch from her when she is taken out. |

sheehan doesn't care anymore. she doesn't care if she is being used. she just wants to destroy the bush administration. she was already destroyed herself when she lost her son. i gather that she is in great pain each and every day. maybe she even encouraged her son to enlist and then found out it was for a lie after he died. Sure it's important to defend your country, but the main reason you would even think about defending your country is because your family probably lives there and you want to defend them. your country is really way down on the list. when you speak of your country, you're speaking for your family. now do you see why she might be mad? |

Police apologize, drop charge against Sheehan
WASHINGTON (AP) — Capitol Police dropped a charge of unlawful conduct against anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan Wednesday and offered apologies to her as well as a congressman's wife after they were ejected from President Bush's State of the Union address for wearing T-shirts with war messages.

In the '40s I used to hide under the table and listen to the political discussions on weekends in my Great-grandfather's house.
