Malpractice costs are a tiny tiny percentage of overall medical costs...phoney reform, which dimwits who don't like to hold incompetent Drs..responsible want, will not make even a scratch in overall costs. Maybe if there wern't so many incompetent boobs practicing medicine they wouldn't all need malpractice insurance. It's really really really hard to get a malpractice suit going....there are no frivolous malpractice suits.
