Man is able to defend his son from being arrested by Confronting Police

Dunno what to think... I was arrested at the age of 9, so I know they will do it. But not sure that they ever intended to arrest the kid... he may have been playing the same game his father was.

Any reason given for picking up the kid and putting him in the back of the police cruiser?

By confronting the "police" with his knowledge of not only his status and rights as a Moorish national but also THEIR status, he is able to defend his son from being arrested (actually kidnapped) by these agents under "color of law".

He could have been tazed after about the first minute or so. Some police officers would have arrested him for interfering with them. I think it depends on exactly WHY his son was put in the police car, which we do not know. I think the LE officers didn't have a solid reason for picking up the kid or they wouldn't have backed off, altho they may have had some hesitation over his nationality status?
