What do those graphs mean? I'm in San Jose San Jose is south of the 6" predicted for SF, so there will be less rain there (there's a key on the right hand side in case you didn't catch it) There are a danger to all low coast areas due storm surge, big tides and waves up to 30+ feet. Danger in the mouth of rivers too.
