Quoting: Anonymous Coward 2045712 dont be a debbie downer Wherever you go,there you are. John Doe: Wanting people to listen, you can't just tap them on the shoulder anymore. You have to hit them with a sledgehammer, and then you'll notice you've got their strict attention. I have half a mind to head down to Washington and shit on the White House lawn. Brick Top: Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible cunt... me. |

Quoting: .. 1610510 So far they're using warfarin (blood thinner) and a beta-blocker to manage it, but I've been told they won't be able to normalize it. It's not so bad on medication, not so apparent anyway - but they've got my heart slowed way down, to the point where they have trouble finding/hearing a pulse. They usually blame their cheap stethoscopes, but I'm not stupid. I'm overmedicated. I weigh 110 at 5'3" and continue to lose weight, though not as rapdly as before. ANYWAY! I'd prefer vitamin C to all this other voodoo crap, but they say they cannot allow "home remedies" ... wtf... vitamins are home remedies now? Sigh. The video doesn't work well with my internet connection, otherwise I wouldn't be asking questions. :/ I have afib for the last seven years, since I don't like taking prescription drugs I only take them when I have an episode which happens about 6 – 8 times a month. The meds bring it back to normal in 12 – 24 hours. In the Spring of this year I switched my diet to become alkaline, I was on it for three months and during that time I had no afib episodes. After that I went back onto the Standard American Diet (SAD) and within a week the afib came back. Now my family convinced me to go back onto the alkaline diet. Three weeks now and still no afib attack. Google Dr. Robert Young if interested in becoming alkaline. |

When I don't take it for a couple months, the AF comes back and it takes a couple days to get rid of it again. "Calm" is magnesium carbonate and citric acid. I've read that most of us are deficient in magnesium as our soils have gotten so poor. This is a great thread. I will be getting L-Lysine tomorrow to take with my fresh squeezed OJ!! |

Quoting: EJ25LVR i was diagnosed with peripheral vascular disease which affects my lower legs. sometimes while doing yard work my lower calf muscles on the out side of my legs will start to hurt and then cramp up. my doctor said i need a better diet and more exercise but i get more exercise than most people do. she also put me on a med that's supposed to absorb some of the bad fat/cholesterol from my blood flow. the thing is that im 35 years old and said i really shouldn't have this type of problem until i was like 60 or so. also said that if i exercise my legs to the point of cramping and then immediately go rest that doing this over and over, over a period of time will cause new small veins to grow in my lower legs which will then deliver more oxygen to my muscles keeping them from cramping. i will say they are quite a bit better than they used to be so maybe there is some truth in that part of it. but as bar as removing buildup from veins or arteries that is already there she told me no medicine will remove it and only surgery will remove it. i dunno if i believe that or not. I feel for ya. I'm only 45 and my heart and circulation is also acting up? What has caused all of us younger people to have these old people diseases? I'm guessing it's the vaccines we were all made to take. Mine started around late 20's, first with shortness of breath and tachy cardia upon any exertion. It's a conspiracy I tell you...these vaccines were made to bring down our nations people...no wonder more and more parents are not letting their kids be vaccinated. |
