I actually saw someone at the train station this week with a peg-leg and a hook, if he had only worn the eyepatch...... the fool!!!

I tried this yesterday, walked around the vegetable markets, even let off the occassional "aaaaaarghhhhhh!", but no one came up to me.

So this morning I cut off the upper and lower halves of the patch, so it was more of an eye-slit, shaped like a band-aid. Worked a treat, had them coo'in and ahhh'in at me all over the place.

I had to go to 3 stores to find a patch. They were sold out at the first two places. There are probably quite a few GLPers in the burbs here.

My results are inconclusive. I did a quick test at a Nordstrom Rack and got two bedroom eye looks, but that happens sometimes anyway. SO, inconclusive.
