The only thing that could possibly stop “the deterioration of society” as you call it would be either a catastrophe on such a scale where the whole world come together with helping hands and this what I am talking about is an asteroid hitting the earth causing a massive tidal wave in the ocean washing away all coastal cities like from deep impact. I mean you see it everywhere many come together when disaster strikes.
