Well, I figured it would be gross since Americans usually shun this type of meat. But then again I thought Buffalo meat would be gross too and it was rather delicious. Just goes to show, I guess.

A buddy of mine emailed me when I asked him what horse meat tastes like. He lives in France now after being in the Marines for a long time. He said after a while you get used to the taste and it's just like beef but slightly gamey. Now I know.
